A closer look at Quality Service...
I worked for a large UK Contractor who had a Customer Program...the customer being your colleagues. I thought it was good, innovative and they took it very seriously. This was in the 90’s.
Medicentre remind me of this.
Every customer is greeted with a smile, how can I help you, a genuine warm greeting.
This particular day I was going through a ‘severe chronic’ pain day and Leanne saw the tears in my eyes…
She then just took me to a small room, we had a little chat, real empathy. She gave me a hug...she knew my pain was ‘beyond tears'.
That is Service….True Customer Care…
